A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. A one night deposit is required for each unit reserved. Payment in full is due upon arrival and may be made by cash, credit or debit card. Group reservations require a 50% Non-refundable deposit.
Pets welcome: $20 per night per dog, fee will apply. $10 per night per dog for small dogs (under 10 lbs), fee will apply. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by pets. We require your dogs be leashed.
Boat slip rental: $15.00 per night subject to availability. Please reserve ahead of arrival.
This is a non-smoking resort. Guests will incur additional charges for cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking is found. Guests choosing to smoke in open aired common areas must close doors to units before doing so; this includes front doors, patios and windows.
An early check in fee of $30.00 applies if you arrive before 3:00pm and is subject to availability. Please call the office before early arrival to check availability. We do allow check-in after hours. If you plan to arrive after hours, please call the hotel.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation please read the following carefully;
One night deposit is non-refundable.
Two weeks from scheduled arrival date: You are responsible for 100% of your stay. There will be no refunds.
If you choose to shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation.
Groups with six rooms or more: 50% Deposit is Non-refundable.
Minimum night stays may be required during peak seasons.
